ABB G3LA inverter analog channel interface card is a interface card designed for ABB G3 series inverters, mainly used for analog signal processing and transmission. It can receive analog input signals from external devices (such as sensors, actuators, etc.) and convert them into control signals that the inverter can understand, ensuring precise process control and real-time data feedback.
- Signal reception: ABB G3LA interface card can receive analog input signals from external devices (such as sensors, actuators, etc.), which may represent various physical quantities, such as temperature, pressure, speed, displacement, etc.
- Signal conversion: ABB G3LA interface card integrates analog-to-digital conversion circuit (ADC), which converts the received continuous analog signal into digital signal, because the control unit of the inverter can usually only process digital signals.
- Data processing: The converted digital signal will be processed in the microprocessor or digital signal processor (DSP) of ABB G3LA interface card. The processor will analyze, calculate and correct the digital signal according to the preset algorithm and logic.
